Four Common Login Problems and Their Fixes
Password Not Accepted
Remove any extra spaces and check uppercase or lowercase letters. Make sure you are using the latest password sent by support.
User ID Not Accepted
Copy your ID directly from the original WhatsApp message. Check similar-looking characters such as zero and the letter O.
Login Page Not Opening
Confirm that you are using the current link. You can also try another browser or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Login Details Not Received
Check the WhatsApp conversation where you requested the account. Contact support when the ID or temporary password is missing.
